Cross Roads

Cross roads. We've all met them at one time or another in our lives. From the decisions about education or career, marraige and children.

I've been there once or twice as most of my friends have. Not all of us face the same cross road at the same time but at some point in our lives more than one of us will be at the same cross road at the same time. Will we both make the same choices? Or will we come to totally different paths and journey away from one another only to meet again at another cross road in life? Only time will tell I suppose.

My cross road is in front of me again. And again, I'm not sure which direction to take. There is something to be said for comfort zones ~ even when they aren't as comfortable as they once were. But then again, with every pathway comes new curves and yes, new bumps along the way. So do I take the plunge and begin down the new pathway or stay within the comfort zone where it's just easier?
